The Hindu Jagran Manch (HJM), founded in 1982, is a socio-cultural organization committed to awakening Hindu society about anti-Hindu and anti-national threats. It monitors activities that disrupt national unity—such as caste conflict, communal riots, illegal conversions, and demographic imbalance—and acts as a national-level coordinating body for various local groups working on similar issues.

HJM views these threats not just as religious concerns but as dangers to India’s social and geographical integrity. To counter them, it remains vigilant and mobilizes public awareness through campaigns, street protests when necessary, and grassroots vigilance committees. Beyond activism, HJM engages in cultural and ideological initiatives, organizing festivals like Varsh Pratipada, Hindavi Swarajya Mahotsav, Akhand Bharat Din, and Makar Sankranti to foster pride in Hindu identity and heritage. It also celebrates Swami Vivekananda Jayanti annually.

To empower youth, HJM conducts training camps aimed at physical fitness, mental discipline, and ideological clarity, while also running blood donation drives, awareness campaigns, and Ghar Wapsi programs. Firmly rooted in Hindu nationalist thought, HJM aims to promote unity, protect dharma, and uphold the values of Bharat’s civilizational legacy in public life and policy.
